We stayed at this wonderful resort three nights before our daughters wedding, at the sister Venue Castle Bonaria, From the moment we arrived until we left , the wonderful welcoming staff could not have made our family so welcome, The venue is exactly as described a resort in the Tuscan countryside… And wowwww it was a beautiful experience, exceptional warm welcoming staff , delicious food , fabulous setting and we will certainly return to this beautiful resort 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟100%

It is very good to be calm at this time. I basically had the pool to myself. It has a hydromassage which makes it even more relaxing. The wifi was quite bad which means that for me it does not have 5 stars in terms of service. But all the people who served us were very nice. The spaces invite tranquility. Gardens and cafeteria next to the pool.

The worst experience. I found a live rat under my bed, the bed was full of bugs, I have lots of bites all over my skin. The staff did not want to know when I complained and when I asked for a change of linen I was told I would be charged €100.00. The linen was left outside the door, very poor service. The food was very poor quality and the restaurant was not always open. The resort is very isolated and when the restaurant was closed there were no local options. I regret staying at this resort, a total let down and an expensive mistake. We were attending a family wedding and all the wedding guests suffered the bites and rats.

I don't even know where to begin, but let me just say this: if you're planning any event - whether a relaxing getaway or a wedding in conjunction with Castello Bonaria (their sister venue) - Salvapiano Holiday Ranch is absolutely perfect and guarantees you and your guests an amazing time. My partner and I hosted our friends and family here for five magical days leading up to our wedding ceremony at Castello Bonaria. The team were amazing and worked closely with the Castle to ensure we had everything we needed and our guests were well looked after. Our wedding was 75 people, half of which moved to the Castello on the morning of the wedding while the others stayed at Salvapiano. They helped make this seamless. Firstly, the food—oh my God, the food! To say it was excellent would be an understatement. Every meal was an absolute delight and left us craving for more. Whether it was a casual lunch by the pool or an elegant dinner, the quality was top-notch. We even brought a couple of speakers ourselves to play some of our Irish music mixed with Italian to create the mood. The staff were so amenable with what we needed. They had a fully stocked bar, and one that was beside the pool so we could enjoy our cocktails during the day. Now, let's talk about the accommodations. 'Huge and amazing' barely scratches the surface when describing the rooms. They're more like luxury suites, brimming with facilities that catered for our every need. Spacious, well-designed, and laden with modern amenities, these rooms were a dream to stay in. Every room had A/C which again was perfect for us given we was not used to the heat. It also helped the morning of the wedding before we moved up to the castle so we wasn’t too hot in our suits. What truly sets Salvapiano apart, though, is the extraordinary staff. From the moment we arrived, we felt enveloped in a warm, familial embrace. They didn't just provide service; they created an atmosphere of genuine care and hospitality. Special shoutout to the owner, Claudio, who took time out of his busy schedule to personally welcome us. His presence underscored what we felt throughout our stay—that we were not just guests, but part of the Salvapiano and wider Castello Bonaria family. As for recreation, the enormous pool area became our daily retreat. Not only is the pool expansive, but it also features a slide that brought out the child in all of us. Pure, unadulterated fun! There were plenty of sun loungers to choose from so we never felt cramped. Convenience was another standout feature. The staff went above and beyond in organizing transfers and taxis for various tours and outings. Everything was so seamless, it was like having a personal concierge dedicated to making our lives easier. Finally, our wedding on the 14th of September 2023 began in Salvapiano for most of the guests. We captured stunning photography and videography, thanks in part to the captivating scenery and backdrops that Salvapiano offered including rustic feels for the details in our videography. To sum up, Salvapiano Holiday Ranch isn't just a venue; it's an experience, a journey, a dream come true. If I could give it more than five stars, I would, because it truly deserves it.
